"I must’ve been here 100 times! I haven’t had an issue with the service! Great people, great environment, great food! But the people/service… Everyone is so nice! Even if there’s a little issue they go above and beyond to fix it! Last night I ordered to go. There was a small issue and without my knowledge they made it right and told me afterwards! Great place and great service always wins!"

"Overall a good experience. The bloomin onion was far too greasy, leaving a pool of oil on the plate. The Alice Springs chicken was very good, juicy, and well seasoned. Our waitress was attentive and polite, as well as the other staff that stopped by the table."

"First time I had eaten at an Outback for years. Food was actually really good. Had the blooming burger and some grilled shrimp. Only hiccup was service, not super attentive, although friendly when engaged. Overall good value for money and surprisingly awesome cheesecake."

"I served 2yrs7mos.w/USAF in Thailand & Vietnam (1969‐1971 & usually wear a Veteran hat,t'shirt or black leather vest. I do this to honor All who served & or died over there. I enjoy this Outback when I drive up there to visit Sam's club from Warsaw. Employees @ this OB always Welcome me w/the utmost respect & thank me for my service. OB food is always of the highest quality & quantity. I got to visit Sydney,Aus. on my 2nd 7day R&R from RVN in April 1971 & worked alongside a couple Royal Australian Air Force service men in RVN. @ 76yrs old now,I'm 90% CD w/the VA due to exposure from Agent Orange de-foliant used to kill the jungle vegetation.(like an estimated 3 million other military who served) Always have enjoyed dining @ Outback Steak Houses,all over this area & always will. "4 of us had dinner tonight we were very pleased with both the food and service. Our waitress (Destine) was both friendly and competent. She overheard we were splitting a salad and brought an extra plate. She had our dessert packed to take home and was very pleasant about doing so."

"My partner and I have gone to the Merrillville location several times, but recently moved so we’re a lot closer to this location. The environment here is very nice! We went in a little late, but the staff was still friendly and sat us without a problem. We didn’t mean to show up so close to closing time, but we live in a different time zone. They were very helpful nonetheless. I had gotten the regular center-cut 6oz sirloin with a baked potatoes and fries with extra butter. My partner got the blooming burger with fries and everything tasted divine! We paid under 40 dollars not including tip, but we did make sure to tip as our waitress Arniece was AMAZING. She took care of us and when we didn’t get to have anymore bread, she offered to let us take home some frozen bread and gave us instructions for cooking it in the air fryer! LOVE this location and will definitely be back."
